Shelley Baltodano received a Masters of Science degree in Audiology and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Education. She received her doctorate degree in Audiology from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, Mesa, Arizona. Certificate of Clinical Competence was awarded to Shelley by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association in 1997. Shelley completed her clinical fellowship training at House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles, California in 1998. Since 2000, Shelley has been licensed as a Dispensing Audiologist in Arizona.

Over the course of her audiology career, Shelley has worked with world renowned specialists in otology, neurotology, and neurology. Her skills include comprehensive diagnostic testing, electrophysiology, and hearing rehabilitation. Additionally, her focus over the past several years has been in assisting physicians to restore the sense of hearing via implantable hearing devices. Shelley is currently the only audiologist in Arizona who works with the Auditory Brainstem Implant, a device used to help restore hearing in patients with Neurofibromatosis II (NFII).
