Burton L. Speiser,

Dr. Speiser serves as a consultant for stereotactic radiosurgery for the Barrow Neurological Institute. He has performed stereotactic treatments of the brain since 1983, which include brain implantation, Linac radiosurgery & IMRT, Peacock and radioimmunotherapy, Gamma Knife and the CyberKnife. Dr. Speiser received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and simultaneously received a Master of Science degree in radiation biology from the University of Rochester.
Dr. Speiser is board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiology, and he holds fellowships from The American College of Radiology, and The American College of Radiation Oncology. He is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics and a senior editor for Cardiovascular Radiation Medicine.
