Lauri Lazarus, PT
Craniofacial Physical Therapist
Ms. Lazarus is a licensed physical therapist in the State of Arizona. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Colorado Bachelor of Science and Physical Therapy degree programs.
Her specialty is rehabilitation for craniofacial jaw dysfunction, facial muscle weakness, temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, oral head and neck cancers, headaches, disorders of the neck, and ergonomic adaptations.
Ms. Lazarus is affiliated with the Barrow Children's Cleft and Craniofacial Center, the Craniofacial Foundation of Arizona, the Barrow Skull Base Center, the American Physical Therapy Association, and the Arizona Physical Therapy Association. She is a past president of the Board of Directors of the International College of Craniofacial and Vertebral Therapeutics. Ms. Lazarus is in private practice with offices in both Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona.
