Considered a top hospital for neuroscience
In the 2005 Neuroscience Center of Excellence survey conducted by Chicago-based NeuroSource, Inc. and HealthTech of San Francisco, only a handful of hospitals across the country were honored for their progressive neuroscience programs. The nationwide survey acknowledged Barrow as a true leader that excels in clinical programs, research, and graduate medical education. For a number of years, Barrow has consistently been ranked as one of the top hospitals for neuroscience in U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Hospitals" study.
