Erin Prenger, DO

Pediatric Neuroradiologist

Dr. Prenger is currently a pediatric neuroradiologist in the Division of Neuroimaging. Dr. Prenger received his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado and completed his medical training at The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences. After completing radiology training in Chicago, Dr. Prenger received his pediatric neuroradiology fellowship training at The Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. An additional pediatric and adult neuroradiology fellowship was performed at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Prenger then served as pediatric neuroradiology fellowship training director and staff pediatric neuroradiologist at Children's Hospital medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, before coming to Barrow.

Dr. Prenger is board certified in diagnostic radiology and subspecialty certified in neuroradiology by the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. He is a Senior Member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, and a Founding Member of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology. Dr. Prenger has presented and published numerous articles and book chapters in the field of pediatric neuroradiology.
