Charitable Giving
Research is critical to help understand and prevent traumatic injuries and to develop new ways to treat and rehabilitate trauma victims. By funding research, individuals can make a difference by potentially reducing the number of traumatic injuries through community education and by funding research into new treatment options. Please help make a difference through a donation earmarked for neurotrauma research or Barrow Prevention Programs.
St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and Barrow Neurological Institute have established foundations to provide financial support for capital projects, programs and services to the poor and underserved. The generosity of the communities we serve helps ensure excellence in patient care, medical education, and research.
The staff of the Office of Philanthropy on the St. Joseph’s campus are available to assist you with information on a wide variety of ways to contribute. Foundations within CHW Arizona are not-for-profit corporations as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the foundations in support of the institutions they support are tax deductible in accordance with state and federal law.
