- The patient completes registration and is scheduled for clinic and conference.
- On the day of the conference, the patient is examined by team specialists.
- The patient's photograph is taken for evaluation purposes and for comparison at a later time.
- Specialists visit with the patient and discuss the recommended treatment.
- The Barrow Children's Cleft and Craniofacial Team formulates a plan of care in conference.
- A summary report of multi-specialty evaluations and recommendations is sent to the patient and the patient's provider.
- The RN-Program Coordinator will contact the patient or parents to discuss the summary and treatment plan.
