Parkinson's 101 is a 4-week seminar course for people with Parkinson's disease and their families. The course meets once a week for two hours and covers basic neurology and the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, medication, nutrition, exercise, mind-body connections such as sleep disorders and depression, caregiving, how to talk to your doctor, and any other topics of interest to the group.

Start watching Parkinson's 101. You can view any session, but we recommend that you watch them in order. There is a break in each session at about the 1-hour mark.
